I started going to Feldman Fitness in May 2008. I had been working out on my own for a few years but wasn't getting the results that I was looking for. My wedding was in 5 months and I really wanted to get into the best shape possible. When I started I was a size 8 and am now a size 2. My  body fat percentage was 18% and we were able to get that down to 13% for my wedding. I have continued to workout with Chad since my wedding because the results I have seen are phenomenal. In the summer of 2004 I began utilizing Chad Feldman's training services.  At the time I was around 24% body fat and somewhat weak in many exercises.  After about 3-months i noticed a considerable change in my body's composition along with a significant loss in body fat.  Since then, I've trained with Chad Feldman numerous times and keep achieving on going results.  I feel that since I was fortunate enough to work with Chad at such a young age, he has taught me correct nutritional/diet guidlines and exercises that I can instill  for the rest of my life.  Thanks Chad! - Taylor Hughes

Thank you for helping me over the past few years during off season. I’ve always been an athlete, but I knew in order to be a college athlete I needed to step up my game. I knew being considered "short" in the volleyball world meant that I had to be faster, stronger and mentally untouchable.  I needed someone to push me farther than anyone ever has and gain even more strength and agility. You’ve done just that!  My goal now is to not just be a college athlete, but to walk on the court in the best physical shape possible starting with day one of practice. With your support & encouragement I’ve accomplished my first goal and I’m not stopping.

Chad,

 

Almost eight months ago, I walked into your studio knowing that I had to do something about all the weight that I had put on over the years. Those first couple of weeks was very hard because I had to learn to fight through all the barriers, both physically and mentally, that had gotten me to the weight I found myself at. But little by little, day by day with your guidance, patience and understanding I began to see progress. After about three weeks, I started to notice that my clothes were getting bigger! It wasn’t my clothes getting bigger, I was getting smaller. The diet and exercise plan that you created for me was exactly what I needed to finally get these pounds off. Over the years, I’ve probably tried all the diets in existence. The Feldman diet is easy for me to follow and definitely works!

 

As time went on, others started to notice my physical changes. People who had know me for a great while actually saw me and didn’t recognize me! I have outgrown two belts that hang on the wall of your studio as trophies and I hope encouragement to others to let them know what it can be done. To date, I have dropped 4 pants sizes; I have gone from size 4XL shirts to size 2XL and even size XL in some styles. I can even walk right into Academy and buy workout gear where I could not before because they had nothing that would fit me. In this past eight months, I have gone from being barely able to get through one workout, to working out 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day when my schedule allows. I look forward to the progress that I will make as time goes on.

 

But the main thing about working with you is that you sincerely care about the progress I make. You hold me accountable and make reaching my fitness goals possible. I supplied the hard work, but you supplied the plan. And, you are not just my trainer, but you are also my friend. Eight months ago I would have never imagined that I would ever have a personal trainer and now, I could not imagine not having one. Because of you helping me change my body, I now feel like I have a fighting chance to succeed in many other aspects of my life. I’m currently going through some major changes in my life and losing the weight that I have lost gives me a greater chance of success.

 

Simply put, thank you. Thanks for giving me the tools necessary to make the lifestyle changes that I needed to make and that were long over due. My regret is that I didn’t do this sooner. So if you are reading this, asking yourself if you can afford to do this or do you have the time in your schedule to make these lifestyle changes my answer to you is can you afford not to?
