Chad is a nationally certified professional fitness trainer and studied exercise science at University of Houston. With over 29-years of experience in the bodybuilding and fitness industry. His compassion for helping people who desire to improve their lives through starting a fitness program is easily understood once you meet with him. Chad's main objective is to help his clients transform their body's into the best shape ever while providing a safe, professional, and educating environment.
He welcomes clients that require special assistance such as stroke rehab, physical rehabilitation, burn victims and is always up for a "challenge". Chad has a strong nutritional background and stays up to date with the latest trends by attending yearly seminars on the breakthroughs in alternative nutrition. This allows Chad to remain on top of the cutting edge in supplementation and what's new in the world of nutritional supplementation conducted by professional doctors specializing in today's constant state of change in the food supplement/nutrition industry. As Chad has aged gracefully he has learned to train smarter, personally experiencing common injuries associated with aging such as lower back, neck, elbow and hips issues to name a few.
Heather is co-owner of Feldman Finess LLC and has been involved with a variety of exercise and fitness her entire life. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelors of Science, she worked for the TCEQ for almost 20-years.
In 2013, she joined Chad at Feldman Fitness. Heather is experienced with teen fitness, creative meal prep solutions for not only her clients but their families as well. She has assisted numerous clients with post bariatric surgeries with a great deal of success. She is experienced in advanced training & nutrition, motivational speaking and life coaching. Heather speaks with women's groups on not just fitness but work life balance fitting health and fitness into their daily lives.
She is a 3-year NPC Master's Figure Competitor.
